Cleaning service left much to be desired, with no towel exchanges or garbage bin emptying . The kitchen setup felt underwhelming due to tiny trash cans that quickly overflowed with packaging waste. Breakfast options ran low as the hour progressed, and the lack of cutlery setup meant preparing a proper meal felt more like a scavenger hunt. The deposit situation was unclear, with €300 blocked for three days instead of the expected €100, complicating the check-in experience.

I liked convenient placing of a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the king studio...

our rooms were spacious and had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and satellite television. enjoyed our stay there and will come back.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean facilities and is located in a safe area. The proximity to a train station made it easy to travel to central Paris. I loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from my room.

The hotel has a unique zoo theme that’s good, complemented by spacious rooms and an really good breakfast experience, especially enjoyed by friendly staff. The internet connection was quite poor during the stay.

The staff were attentive. My family and I felt welcomed, especially the breakfast crew on the 8th floor, they were fab! The room wasn't bad at all, spacious enough for us and having English channels was a huge plus.

It wasn't cheap but still manageable with the family's budget.

My room was spacious and super clean. The bed? So cozy! I really loved how quiet it was. I didn't hear any noise from outside or neighboring rooms. Plus, there was a mini kitchenette. The stylish zoo-themed decor was a fun vibe. I had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. It's a wonderful setup.

Comfortable room, satisfying breakfast, with delicious pastries and a variety of options including hot food, and it's conveniently just a 10-minute walk to the train station for easy city exploration.
